Brigade Capital Provides Financing to NPX One

Brigade Capital Management, LP (“Brigade”) is pleased to announce it acted as sole lender and agent on a new senior secured credit facility to NPX One (“Company”) to finance its acquisition by Breck Partners and pay related fees and expenses.

NPX One, headquartered in Reading, PA, is a leading supplier of polystyrene trays (“PS”) in North America. The Company offers a comprehensive portfolio of tray products used by distributors and supermarkets to package fresh protein products. NPX One’s products are a critical component of the fresh food supply chain, and the Company leads in product portfolio breadth and customer satisfaction.
